Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Elegant Fine Food managed by YYC GLOBAL SERVICES. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept cancellations nor returns. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within an hour from receiving your order. We reserve the rights to limit refunds and replacements.  If your request is accepted, we’ll create the refund via store credit only. 

We do not accept any modifications/cancellation of orders. However, for any additional orders please let us know within 48 hours before scheduled delivery or collection timing. 


All our items are non-returnable. All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchange of orders once the items have left our premises either by way of delivery or self-pickup. We greatly prioritise your satisfaction and will thoroughly and wholly inspect our items before sending them out for delivery to you to ensure only the best quality is being sent out.
